  Stars went down because of how I seen employees treated. Service was ok after waiting 5-8 minutes at the counter before even being addressed, food was hot. However there were 3 ladies working and 2 of the 3 were busy chatting between themselves and were treating the other lady very poorly and talking to her like she was stupid when they in fact weren't giving complete information. For example....Telling someone who isn't in drive thru "here take this to the truck straight out front" doesn't help when you have 3 trucks out there and you didn't specify which one. And then when they tell you they went to the wrong one at first because they didn't know which one. Saying "well I told you which one" is incorrect on your part because you in fact did not specify anything but "the truck straight out front". You shouldn't be treating that person crappy because you can't relay information correctly.
